When a bad day ruins your mood,

you feel heavy and start acting rude.
You have a case of "bad attitude"
And it's contagious, as bad as the flu,

Makes others feel heavy,

just like you.

It passes on until everyone has this disease,
and no one you see is at ease.
You look around at what you've done
And you want the frowns to disappear,
one by one.
So thats when you start to pass around,
the silver lining that surrounds the cloud.







 



 Dancing Waters

Swivle, Swivle

Splash,Splash

The waters take me

in a peculiar trance.

Carrying out my dreams away

and creating new ones,

day, by day.

Until there's nothing left

but a blank cloud .

And I lose my imagination once again,

to the restless dancing waters.

Rain

Pitter patter on the rooftops,

a rhythm to be found.

A beat to cherish in all our hearts,

such a beautiful sound.

Something more than a storm,

a unique piece of art.

That can’t be seen with the eyes,

but only with the heart.

A melody conducted by,

Mother Earth alone.

To show us silly humans,

that we should be grateful for our home.

Shadows

Sometimes I feel like I’m never alone

There I am standing in the center of 4 white walls

Millions of shapes start to dance in front of my very eyes.

My eyes do a split second blink and suddenly all

the strange movements evaporate.

And all that’s left to see

is the magnificent crescent moon’s beam

creeping through the lace curtain,

And one slivery shadow,

My own.

Rainforest Wonders

Swing, swing monkey up high

Through the branches under the bright blue sky

With the soft green leaves taking by breath

Leading the way every step by step

Over the pond where the lily pads float

The flamingos stand on one leg and gloat.

A parrot squawks up in a canopy

The rainforest wonders,

Oh how lovely they may be.
